Power cabinet
It is a combination of electrical control cabinets that provide power for the normal operation of the entire machine, including the contactor, the frequency converter, the high-voltage cabinet, the transformer, and so on. The case is made of bent steel plate, which is characterized by advantages such as compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes.
Resistance welding controller
The welding resistance controller can be closed-loop microprocessor controlled to adjust the parameters of the welding gun transformer, such as the current output and frequency, power-on time, etc., to ensure good welding effect. By using in combination with a special programmer, it can provide programming for multiple welding specifications.
Water and gas circuit control panel
It is a control panel incorporating water and gas control mechanisms, and is mainly used for transferring the water and gas source to the user side, so as to facilitate the control of the on and off of the fluid, the collection and arrangement of cables, and the subsequent equipment maintenance.
Spot welding robot controller
It is used to control seamless connection between spot welding robot and robot welding gun, and provided with different controllers according to different spot welding robots.
Robot welding gun
The robot welding gun is provided in an integrated structure, with a welding transformer installed at the tail of the welding gun, which reduces the current loss while makes the transformer smaller in size. The opening of robot welding gun equipped with a high-precision servo motor and a driver can be adjusted according to the condition of the workpiece. The opening degree of welding gun is minimized without impacting the workpiece, so that the opening and closing time of the welding gun is saved, and the cycle of each welding point is greatly reduced as well.
Spot welding robot
Spot welding robot generally has six degrees of freedom: waist rotation, big arm rotation, small arm rotation, wrist rotation, wrist swing and wrist twist. There are two driving modes of spot welding robot: hydraulic driving and electrical driving. At the same time, the motion of each joint of the hydraulic spot welding robot is driven by hydraulic cylinder, and the electric spot welding robot is driven by DC servo motor or AC servo motor.
Gun replacement rack
When a spot welding robot at a specific station needs to operate by using a plurality of robot welding gun, it is used to temporarily store other robot welding gun, and it can be used in conjunction with spot welding robot for gun replacement operation.
Electrode grinder
It is used for the grinding of worn welding electrode. In use, the upper and lower electrodes are moved to both sides of the cutter head of the grinder, and the welding gun is pressed together, while the cutter head of the grinder starts to rotate at the same time. After cutting for a set time, the end face of the electrode is ground with a new surface, and the pile deformation and the surface oxide layer are all removed.
