RW series springbalancer is an auxiliary tool designed and manufactured by our company and usedin connection with operation tools.
With the energyaccumulated by the coil spring, this series of products keep the suspendedoperation tools in weightless state, which thus greatly reduces the laborintensity of the workers. This series of products are suitable for assemblylines and occasions with various fixed positions, intensive workload, heavyoperating tools and long duration of using tools, and are widely used in thefields of automobile manufacturing, household appliances and machinemanufacturing, etc. It can be used not only in assembly lines or occasions withfixed work stations, but also in the occasions using manual tools and liftingequipment, and can also be used as auxiliary tools for lifting workpieces. Whenit is necessary to move the heavier workpieces from and to the workplace formultiple times, it can relieve the intensity of labor by the lifting power ofbalancer.
