The internal controller electrical components used areall high-quality products from home and abroad. The transformer is made withhigh quality imported silicon steel sheets, by integral punching process andintegral vacuum epoxy resin infusion process. Moreover, the insulation class isgreater than grade F. All the pneumatic components on the water gas circuit areSMC imported products, with dual guns and dual gas channels control. As a waterintake filter and a water flow indicator are respectively arranged in thecooling water intake and discharge channels, it can thus effectively preventthe entry of impurities into the cooling water channels, resulting in the blockageand impact of cooling effect. In addition, the water flow indicator is used forthe observation of cooling water flow condition.

The functionssuch as counting and cluster control can be provided at the customer's request.The gas and water circuit board is equipped with the functions of auto-varianceas per settings and drainage of cooling water channel during electrodegrinding.
