The intermediate frequency transformerindependently developed on the basis of introducing and digesting advanced similarproducts from Europe, with intermediate frequency inverter DC technology. Theseries of welding transformers are made of high-quality silicon steel sheetsand use integral punching process. The primary coil, the secondary coil and thesilicon steel sheets generally are made by the advanced vacuum epoxy resinpouring process, which has the advantages of strong insulation, hightemperature resistance, low temperature rise, light weight, small volume, fastheat dissipation, safety and durability, etc.

The cooling method of the intermediate frequency transformer is water-cooled.It is equipped with three temperature control switches to detect the primarycoil, secondary coil and diode respectively. Compared with the power frequencytransformer, the transformer is lighter in weight, smaller in size, larger incurrent, more energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and more stable inperformance.

The design of this series of transformer fully considers its generality, andplans the standard series in terms of product structure, capacity size andproduct appearance. At present, the capacity specifications in use are 80KVAand 170KVA, which can meet different welding conditions for customers to choosefrom.
