On March 28th, ANHUI RIJI WELDING EQUIPMENT CO., LTD skills training class opening ceremony was hold in Anda International Hotel in Huizhou District. Leaders of people club, federation of trade unions,State Administration of Work Safety SAWS, fire organization of the district came to the hotel to give important speeches.

ANHUI RIJI WELDING EQUIPMENT CO., LTD is a professional company in material and accessories industry. In order to respond to the call of Huizhou district human resourcesand social security bureau actively carrying out livelihood projects and improve advanced migrant workers' consciousness of safety and quality, we did training in employment skills. The main content of skills training was based on the basic knowledge of machining and practical operation knowledge. The training had fifty trainees with 126 classes. Trainees were issued job qualification certificate after passing the examination and reaching the primary level through a 50-day training program.

The district people's social security bureau will continuously increase the publicity of various livelihood projects through various forms, so that more students cannot only learn professional skills and knowledge, but also receive allowance from the government, and at the same time relieve the difficulty of shortage of skilled personnel in company.
